Description

For legacy ExtremePOS, Musicware, and Praiz users not on a support plan, this will allow you to purchase a support incident.

You must select between either help with a single issue, limited to at most one hour of time, or assistance with moving unsupported software to a new computer or otherwise reinstalling it.

This does not apply to rental users, or to legacy users on a phone support plan.
