For legacy ExtremePOS, Musicware, and Praiz users not on a support plan, this will allow you to purchase a support incident. This is help over the phone or via a remote connection with a single issue for users not on a subscription or support plan.
This does not apply to rental users, or to legacy users on a phone support plan.
